- Hello my name is Kayleigh welcome to my homestead! Over the years I have spent time collecting free items that others deem as useless trash. One persons trash Is my treasure! If you are FED up with how much waste our society has created and no longer want to contribute to large corporations you have come to the right place. Lets continue building our community on the Greater East Side and work together. The world is quickly changing and we need to collectively work along side one another. I have been growing food and practicing sustainable living for 5+ years. I would LOVE to share the resources and knowledge I have gained over the last decade.

Want to start a back yard home garden, and don’t know where to start?

• I offer at home Garden Consultation services, including but not limited to, garden space and layout, what type of produce you are interested in growing/eating. Different types of permacultures, & resources oh how to obtain plants/seeds at a fraction of the cost. Soil testing, building raised garden beds, and how to protect your crops from critters & pests.

• My goals consist of helping people learn to grow their own food at a reasonable cost, ideally we should all be able to eat for free and I would love to help you get closer to that life style. The first step is wanting to take action, the second step is asking for help.

• The food that is available to us in grocery stores are FILLED with poison, even the “fresh produce”. Anything NOT labeled ORGANIC the FDA is allowed to spray/coat our food with pesticides, additives and waxes. This starts at the soil level meaning the food that is grown is essentially pumped with chemicals before the produce even starts growing, and you cant just 'wash that off’. The systems in place are NOT designed to keep you healthy, they were created with the intentions of keeping you sick and reliant on the government/medical system. It was not always like this, we were tricked into this type of FOR profit society, and it only took them 2 generations to do it.

• Now is the time to move away from large corporations. It is time for us to start taking back our health and our food production. How our food is grown matters.

• They market growing food and gardening as a luxury, but it does not have to be! We can choose a cleaner healthier lifestyle and I would love to help you reach your goals of sustainability. How that looks is going to be different and depend on every person/family.

The reality we live in is a shared consciousness, the earth we live on is in pain, lets work together and heal our planet together. You are important, your health is important, the planet is important. They use fear to keep us trapped in a loop designed to keep us asleep, lethargic and sick. Food is one of the ways they control us. If we control our food, they cannot control us.
